		Dohr Capital is a member of The Concilio Network, an international network of independent investment banks, and is strategically linked to the Central & Eastern European merchant bank Chors Capital Group, enabling us to execute global corporate finance transactions. Many of the senior executives of these investment banks previously worked together when in senior positions with some of the world's leading financial institutions. Any client of a network member will benefit from the long-standing professional and personal relationships that exist throughout the network and the high level of simultaneous representation that consequently can be achieved for each client in most of the world's major markets. Many financial services boutiques provide good service to clients within their local market; unfortunately their client representation is usually constrained geographically. Large groups rarely have the close working relationships that this network can boast. The current network membership is principally trans-Atlantic in nature, with excellent representation in Europe and North America. We will soon add to the network other qualified firms operating in Australasia and Latin America, subject always to the provision that new members are long-standing friends and colleagues.
